CONTINUITY OF CARE
At Blossoming Bump Clinic, our experienced Endorsed Midwives provide comprehensive, personalised care throughout your pregnancy and postnatal journey, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
We offer seamless continuity of care, including assistance with hospital bookings, pathology requests, pregnancy blood tests, ultrasounds, and routine antenatal appointments. Throughout your care, we closely monitor the physical and emotional wellbeing of both you and your baby, providing evidence-based support tailored to your individual needs.
A GP referral is not required to access care at Blossoming Bump, making it simple and accessible for women to begin their pregnancy journey with us.
Our antenatal services are designed to support every aspect of your pregnancy, with a strong focus on compassionate, woman-centred care and informed decision-making.
Following the birth of your baby, continue to receive exceptional postnatal support within our warm and welcoming clinic environment. We also offer breastfeeding and infant feeding support, including bulk-billed appointments with our Lactation Consultant, as well as private consultations for babies over six weeks of age.
At Blossoming Bump, we are committed to providing the highest standard of maternity and postnatal care for you and your growing family.
COLLABORATION
We collaborate with Dr. Van Der Merwe, a local GP Obstetrician who plays an important role in your pregnancy care. You will have two appointments with him during your pregnancy, and he will be your named doctor when you are in hospital.
This collaborative model ensures continuity of care and seamless support between your midwifery team and medical team throughout your pregnancy and birth.

FEES
All patients are required to pay a $300 administration fee at the commencement of care. After this, all eligible antenatal and postnatal services provided by Blossoming Bump are bulk billed.
Please note that appointments with Dr. Van Der Merwe are billed separately and will incur standard fees set by Murray Medical.
